CJP Graphing Module

In focus groups with potential respondents, the research team learned that probation officials wanted to help with meaningful research but were frequently left in the dark about findings from other studies they had participated in. They felt that having access to findings and metrics would be a valuable tool for future planning and the never-ending battle for resources in a field that is already stretched thin.

The challenge

How can we provide value to respondents in return for their participation in this volunteer effort?

The solution

Luminosa developed an extensive real-time graphing module to let responders visualize their own data and compare it  anonymously to regional and national results. Respondents can save or print right from the graphs, making it simple to include them in reports and presentations.
