After our initial conversation, receipt of your deposit and your website assets, the Classic Website takes 1-2 weeks to build and launch. The Premium Website takes 2-3 weeks to build and launch.

We will begin with a free 15 minute Intro Call to get to know you and learn about your business. We will explain our process in more detail and you can ask any questions you’d like.

When you are ready to move forward, we will send over a contract and invoice. When we receive your deposit payment (50% of total cost) we will send you our Website Questionnaire. This tells us more about your business and your website needs.

We kick of your project with a Strategy Call, where we look at example websites and discuss your style preferences and website needs.

We’ll send you a list of what we need from you before the website build begins + Website Planning Resources to help you organize your text and images.

We are available anytime you need us during this content gathering process to provide you with assistance and answer questions.

When your time slot arrives, we’ll start designing and building your site. We’ll send you a first draft and ask you for revisions/changes.

We wrap up your project with a live Review & Launch session, where we make final edits, and walk you through launching your site, signing up for a Squarespace subscription, and connecting your domain.

With our Squarespace video tutorials and resources, you’ll be able to update your website on your own, no tech skills required. Your custom website includes 60 days of Free Email Support.

Should you need future edits, you can book a Live Help Session with one of our expert designers.

Our custom Squarespace websites include basic SEO setup.

You may also upgrade to our paid Full SEO Service, where we conduct comprehensive keyword research on your target audience’s search engine queries and inject those keywords into various locations in the backend of your website.

In addition, we provide tools and resources for maintaining the SEO that we’ve implemented.
