  • If you have a logo, branding colors, and font choices, we'll use those for your website. 

    If you don't have any branding, our Mini Brand Package is included with your website package free of charge.

    Our Mini Brand Package includes:

    • Wordmark logo (text based)

    • Graphic icon (favicon)

    • Color palette (hex color codes provided for use in Canva)

    • Style guide of fonts, colors, and elements

  • Our Content Planning Guide walks you through everything you will need for your website, including copy (text), branding, and images.

    We keep the process simple, to save you time and keep you organized. This guide includes fill-in-the blank templates for all your website pages, and free resources for gathering your photos and images.

  • We wrap up your project with a 90-minute Live Launch Session (via Google Meet). We’ll help you select a Squarespace hosting plan, connect your domain, and fully launch your site!

  • After your launch, we’ll share custom video tutorials and Squarespace resources with you in your Website Launch Guide.

    You receive two weeks of email and video support so you can confidently manage your website moving forward.

    We offer paid Live Help Sessions for clients who’d like additional support. These session take place via Google Meet for a minimum of 40 minutes (Priced at $80).

What You Provide:

  • You provide your website copy. We walk you through the text you will need for all the sections of your site in your Content Planning Guide — so you can relax and know exactly what to say.

  • You provide all the images to use on your website, including at least 1-3 photos of you (and staff photos if applicable).

    If you have a logo, we’ll use it. If not, a wordmark logo is included free of charge with your Mini Brand Package.

    In the Content Planning Guide included with your package, we share our fave free and paid stock photo websites.

    If you want us to select all your photos and image, add our Curated Image Package to your website.

    We recommend creating a lead magnet (downloadable PDF document) on the free or paid plan of Canva.com

  • We highly recommend that you include legal pages on your website, including a Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

    You’ll also need a Policies page for detailed booking/cancellation/return policies for your services or products.

    We provide both FREE and paid legal page resources for you to choose from in your Content Planning Guide.

  • Yes, you can book a Designer for the Day or schedule a Squarespace Power Hour.

  • We love working with service-based businesses, founders, coaches, startups, and creative entrepreneurs.

    We don’t limit our partnerships to brands owned by women. We are happy to build websites for all amazing entrepreneurs! Reach out here to get started!

  • After your Intro Call, receipt of your deposit and signed agreement you can expect the following timeline:

    • You organize your content: 1-2 weeks

    • We review your content and reach out with questions: 1 week

    • Website build and launch: 1 or 2 weeks depending on your package

    Larger website projects will have a custom timeline.

  • We will begin with a free 20 minute Intro Call to get to know you and learn about your business. We will explain our process in more detail and you can ask any questions you’d like.

    When you are ready to move forward, we will send over a contract and invoice. When we receive your deposit payment (50% of total cost) we will send you our Website Questionnaire. This tells us more about your business and your website needs.

    We kick of your project with a 1 hour Strategy Call, where we dive deep into discuss your website needs and style preferences.

    Before your website build begins we’ll send you a Content Planning Guide help you organize your all your website text and images.

    We are available anytime during your content prep period to answer questions and steer you in the right direction.

    When your Build & Launch time slot arrives, we’ll start your project with a 30 minute Kickoff Call.

    We’ll go through our easy revision process and wrap up your project with a live Review & Launch session. We’ll make sure your site is ready to launch and we’ll walk you the final steps to make it live!

    With our Squarespace video tutorials and resources, you’ll be able to update your website on your own, no tech skills required. Your custom website includes 14 days of free support.

    Should you need future edits, you can book a Squarespace Power Hour ($125) with one of our expert designers.

  • Your new business website will be build and hosted on Squarespace.

    Squarespace is a visually beautiful, mobile responsive, and easy to use platform with powerful built-in SEO tools (Search Engine Optimization) that work around the clock to help customers find your business at the top of Google search results.

  • Squarespace is one of the most user-friendly platforms available for small business owners.

    When your new website is ready to launch, we will walk you through your website via video tutorials, showing you step-by-step how to make changes and update your content.

    We will also provide you with a library of Squarespace resources that you can rely on when you need assistance for your website.

    If you ever need more advanced help, you can book a Live Help Session with one of our designers.

  • Our custom Squarespace websites include basic SEO setup.

    You may also upgrade to our paid Full SEO Service, where we conduct comprehensive keyword research on your target audience’s search engine queries and inject those keywords into various locations in the backend of your website.

    In addition, we provide tools and resources for maintaining the SEO that we’ve implemented.

    Our SEO Strategy ensures that your website will show up in GoogIe searches and potential customers will be able to find your business online.
