Squarespace Template Policy

DELIVERY

Thank you for purchasing a Premium Squarespace Template from Luminosa Creative! We will deliver your template via an email within two business days. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your template within this timeframe we will email you directly (using the email you purchased your template with. If you have not received your template after two business days, please contact us here.

When you purchase a Squarespace template, you’ll receive an email invitation from us to set your template up as a new website.

  • If you are new to Squarespace, you will be prompted to create a new Squarespace account for free. Once you log in to your new account, you will see the template in your dashboard.

  • If you have an existing Squarespace account, simply accept our email invitation and you will see the template appear in your dashboard.


DISCLAIMER

You will receive the template only once with your purchase. Once the template is added to your account, it becomes your responsibility to customize and manage.  If you accidentally change anything, we cannot restore it for you.

You’ll need to repurchase it for us to resend it if you:

  • Make changes and need the original template again, or

  • Don’t accept the template invitation within 6 months and your trial expires,

Your template comes with a free trial. If the trial ends without upgrading to a paid plan, Squarespace will mark your site for deletion. If that happens, you’ll need to repurchase the template to restore it. To avoid this, ask Squarespace support for a trial extension or upgrade to a paid plan.


Refund Policy

Since our products are digital, they can't be returned or exchanged. All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds.

Please review the template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before buying. If you have any questions, contact us before making your purchase.


Support Policy

We offer Free Email Support for up to 60 days after your template purchase. Free Email Support is for quick questions to assist you with using our templates.

  • Support Includes: Issues related to the template, template installation, downloads, or provided files.

  • Support Does Not Include: General Squarespace questions, template or coding modifications, or software issues.

For Free Email Support, submit your request here. We aim to respond within two business days. We respond to support requests M-F, 10am - 6pm only. 

For more advanced support we offer paid Live Help Sessions with one of our expert designers.


Copyright & Licensing Policy

SQUARESPACE TEMPLATES

Each template purchase grants a license for use on a single project or website (e.g., 1 template = 1 website). To use the same template for multiple websites, you must purchase the template separately for each additional site.

By purchasing a template, you agree to the following:

  • If using the template to create a design for a client, you may not claim or promote the design as exclusively your own.

  • Reselling or claiming the design as your own is prohibited.

  • You are not permitted to share the template, graphics, files, or any included design elements with others.

Your template design is copyrighted by Luminosa Creative, which retains ownership of all designs and files included in your purchase, except for any photography and pre-made graphics available through third party sources.

Your completed website design may be featured in Luminosa Creative’s template showcase, sales pages, or social media platforms for promotional and demonstration purposes.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND GRAPHICS

Any photography included with the template is for demonstration purposes only and remains the copyright of its original creator. You may use the templates with current images or replace the images with your own or properly sourced alternatives. We are not liable for any licensing or copyright issues arising from the unlawful use of the provided images.

Additional Policy Details


You will need a paid Squarespace subscription and a paid domain name to launch your purchased template into a live, active website. 

You will need a Canva account to edit template graphics. Both free and paid Canva accounts are available. Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to Canva Pro (a paid version of Canva) to unlock full editing capabilities.

You have lifetime access to your Luminosa Creative template with the content that was included at the time of your purchase. We do not guarantee lifetime updates to the template content.
